BRET is engaged in developing Biogas for a stakeholders
- Rural households for domestic energy all over Pakistan on a need basis
- Commercial needs like hotels, restaurants, poultry, and dairy farms.
- Community biogas plants for joint development and usage.
- Civil society organizations working in areas of rural livelihood and poverty reduction
- Livestock and dairy development projects and programs initiated by various agencies.
- Capacity building and training of rural population in development and operation of biogas plants
Biogas is extensively produced
It is successfully being used in China, many other countries including Pakistan for biogas production using cow dung and biomass
